Just 1-mile to the beach, you’ll have easy access to the coastline for morning walks or sunset breaks. The home is also well-positioned for commuting—approximately 30–50 minutes to many areas of Los Angeles and 20–30 minutes to central Orange County (traffic permitting), making it a practical home base for those working or collaborating across institutions.
