Description
Bright, first floor, two bedroom apartment for rent or swap. I am an artist and a writer and I use this place as my studio as well. You will have access to large monitors, comfortable desks, full kitchen, bathroom with a tub, a cozy balcony, large bedroom with lots of windows and a second bedroom you can use as a dedicated napping or reading area. Neighbors are very sweet and respectful, and I'm looking for someone who knows how to take care of this place and be mindful of the community I'm a part of.
