Classic Parisian apartment on the Left Bank

We enjoyed our month here. The apartment is small but has a good floorplan which makes it feel a bit bigger, and Luxembourg Gardens is within walking distance. As other reviewers have stated, there are lots of good dining options on rue Daguerre.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming apartment in the 14th arrondissement. It had everything we needed to be very comfortable and the ideal location close to the metro, shops and restaurants on rue Daguerre. We stayed a month and were very sad to leave. We would go back in a flash if the opportunity arises.

We loved the wonderful month we spent in this delightful apartment! The newly renovated space was cozy and very comfortable, with all the modern conveniences--including a sit/stand desk which was great for writing. The classic French windows allowed for lots of great natural light and lovely spring breezes, and we also appreciated the many well placed reading lights throughout the apartment. We found the building quiet, but only steps away from a vibrant shopping street with great green grocers, boulangeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. Luxembourg Garden, Montparnasse and métro are an easy walk away. Communication wth the very helpful host and checking in and out were smooth. We would love to return and highly recommend it!

I stayed in Edward's apartment in the 14e arrondissement of Paris for ~2.5 months, and it was perfect. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The two main rooms (one living room, one bedroom) are comfortable, with a wonderful Southern exposure. The kitchen and bathroom are both fine.

The neighborhood is my favorite neighborhood in Paris: right next to the rue Daguerre, a typical market street. Everything you could want (restaurants, boulangeries, vegetable stands, supermarkets, caves a vin) is available. The apartment is an easy walk to 4 different metros and the RER B for the airport.

Edward was kind and easily available. I would love to stay there again!

This small but well designed apartment was perfect for my wife and I. It is full of Parisian charm with the high ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, and large windows. The bed is comfortable, and the couch in the livingroom coverted to a bed which allowed our daughter to visit us from time to time. The kitchen has lots of conveniences, such as dishwasher, clothes washer, and clothes drier. There is no traditional oven, just a microwave, but we did not miss this at all. The location is ideal. While it has a vibrant shopping and restaurant area just a block away, with a number of hotels, it retains the feeling of a real Parisian neghborhood.
