I am a university professor, formerly based in Athens, Greece, since 2016 living in Milan, Italy. I have left behind a tastefully-furnished, lovingly-decorated apartment in Acropolis, housing among else most of my family's book collection (over 3,000 volumes). The metro station and the entrance to the archaeological site are less than 100 metres away; the Acropolis museum less than 200 metres. My ideal tenant would be a colleague from a university abroad, perhaps visiting Athens on sabbatical leave, who will enjoy the feel of 'a home from home' and treat the place accordingly.
