We are a 30 minute walk from town, 10 minutes on a bicycle (we are on the cycle lane), well connected with buses, and 15 minutes walk to Cambridge station. To the South you can bike or drive to charming villages and wild spaces, like the Gog Magog Hills, the Roman Road, and Wandlebury. We are a 10 minute walk from the cosmopolitan Mill Road with its cafes, bars, and international supermarkets, and very close to Coleridge Recreation Park and Cherry Hinton Hall with tennis court, basketball, playground, duck ponds etc.. We have had 5 tenant families now and all have found the property to be very convenient and comfortable (as did we when we lived there!).
