Quiet neighborhood in the East Bay hills. Recent remodel, with four bedrooms, open kitchen, deck with gas grill and fenced-in yard. Pets okay, except for cats (love 'em, but intense allergies). Four miles from home to UC Berkeley campus, express bus to SF one block away, and Rockridge BART station two miles. We raised our family here until they were grown. We played and relaxed in the yard, kids went to local schools (private and public), had family gatherings, and knew the neighbors.
