Beautiful apartment in central Kreuzberg

We are an international academic couple who share their time between Berlin and Cambridge, UK. We are looking for respectful and reliable tenants to rent our beautiful and newly renovated apartment while we are away. The apartment consists of two large rooms (a south-facing living room and a west-facing dining room with kitchen area), a small bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower over bath). Most of the furniture is new (some hasn’t made it into the pictures yet) and the apartment is fully equipped. It is ideally suited for a single or a couple. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and situated in the exciting and diverse neighbourhood of Kreuzberg. The apartment has excellent transport connections, by underground and overground: it is short walks from U Mehringdamm, U Möckernbrücke, and S/U Yorckstraße. It is right next to the park at Gleisdreick, one of Berlin’s most popular parks, and close to endless shopping and eating possibilities, bars, and cinemas.
