Fully furnished with kitchen amenities, dishwasher, laundry washer, dryer, etc. Off-street parking. Large garden with patio, plus hot tub with view of Golden Gate. The house does not have AC, but summers in the Bay Area are generally quite cool. 20-30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to campus and North/downtown Berkeley.
