The large open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen has three windows facing out to a quiet street and trees. The kitchen has hardwood floors and is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, etc. We love cooking and you'll have all the equipment you need. The dining room table is made of reclaimed teak by RAFT, and folds out to double the size. The front room has an acacia desk next to a window that serves as a pleasant workspace. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, large built-in wardrobes, and blackout blinds. It faces out to a beautiful garden and nature reserve. There is a second full bathroom right off the hallway, with a shower. The second bedroom is set up as a home office. It is equipped with a large desk and a futon sofa that pulls out to a double bed and may accommodate the occasional guest. Kilburn High Road overground station is about 4 minutes away on foot, with trains that run directly to Euston in seven minutes. This puts you on the doorstep of UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck, LSE, Kings, etc. Kilburn Park underground station is about 5 minutes away on foot, which puts you on the Bakerloo line. Our local park, Paddington Recreation Ground, has a gym, track, tennis courts, playing fields, trees and gardens. Hampstead Heath, Regent's Park and Primrose Hill are all nearby.
