Our charming home is on the ground floor of an Altbau (older-style building). It's huge and has 3 or 4 bedrooms (depending on your needs), a large eat-in kitchen, huge dining and living rooms, a garden with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate guest toilet. Our home is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. There is also a fold-out double sofabed, extra mattresses and a baby cot for visitors. The kitchen has all the utilities and gadgets you could possibly need for cooking, including an extra-sized oven and gas stove, a large refrigerator/freezer, a carbonated water maker, a Nespresso machine, a sandwich maker, a toaster, a kettle, a smoothie maker, a blender and an air fryer. The large private garden, outdoor dining table and play equipment are shared with only one other lovely neighbour. The area is near Olivaer Platz in the central west of Berlin on the grand shopping boulevard called Kurfürstendamm. At the other end of the street is Preußon Park, with the Thai Street and flea Market on the weekends. It also easy to ride or take a few bus/train stops to the scenic Grünewald forest. Our home is serviced by both SBahn ( Savignyplatz) and Ubahn ( U7,U3,U1,U9) stations and buses that will take you anywhere in Berlin. It's easy to get around the city! In ou street and local area there are many restaurants, galleries, bars, cinemas and shops so it's an interesting area to take walks and enjoy a drink. It will take you 10-15 mins to ride to the Zoo or nearest Universities (TU, UdK) and a city bike is available for rental (20 EUR per month). Please note that our asking price is non-negotiable because it covers rental, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning, furniture, and all appliances. Baby or toddler furniture is also available if required. We will ensure that you have everything you could possibly need for your stay.
