We are a couple of UCSD professors with 2 kids. We are subletting our home between June 15th-July 31st Starting and ending dates are somewhat flexible This is a nice & large house with a huge outdoor space. Indoors, the house has: - a large dining/living room area, with fireplace and large dining table. - 3 bathrooms (2 full, one half) - 1 large master bedroom, with TV, big walk-in closet, and a work space with desk and chair. - 2 bedrooms with single beds and closets - A separate office, with sofa-couch - Large open-floor kitchen with island and a separate dining area. Outdoors, the house features -a very large deck (which is great all year around!) -BBQ, -garden, -pergola - basketball hoop with almost half court is also great for kids to play outside (there is a toy house for kids to play) The house has plenty of parking, with 3 dedicated spaces, and two additional street parkings (which are always free) The house also has a garage. We don't use it for cars since there is plenty of space outside. We have 3 bikes (one adult-size, one mid-size, one kid-size) that you are welcome to use, as well as fully camping gear (we like the outdoors) and beach gear that you are also welcome to use. Gardening service, electricity and highspeed Internet (+250 Mbp) are included. Gas and water are not included. Cleaning service is negotiable, but can also be included. Talmadge, the neighbourhood is a really pleasant, very safe and quiet. There are plenty groceries stores and eateries nearby. SDSU is just 5 minutes away by car and UCSD is about 20 minutes.
