Cozy, modern apartment in the central and quiet area of Glebe/Forest Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at Lucia's home. It felt like a home away from home. Lucia was very attentive, kind, and accommodating. Thank you!

My husband, small daughter, and I stayed at Lucia's place in Glebe for around 5 weeks. We had a wonderful experience. The house is conveniently located close to the bus, a large park (great for kids), shops, restaurants and cafes, but isn't noisy.
Lucia was a great host- she provided clear guidelines before we arrived, and was always available to answer questions and address any concerns. I would recommend this listing without hesitation.

We loved our time in Lucia's cozy, perfectly located townhouse. It was a pleasure to work with Lucia even though she was away on assignment for our arrival/departure; the key was in the lockbox as arranged and the house was perfectly equipped/cleaned for our arrival. The location is amazing with all ameneties and public transportation literally at the doorstep. We found an amazing Thai restaurant with fresh, delicious lunches for $10 cash a five minute walk away! This was among dozens of cafe/restaurant/grocery choices in the Glebe Village! We enjoyed joining the nearby Victoria Park Pool and Gym - a 10 minute walk, adjacent to the University of Sydney. We would not hesitate to return.

Lucia’s Glebe home is delightful and a perfect spot for exploring Sydney especially if you need to be close to the University of Sydney. It’s very well located via a vis the main transportation system—buses and trams—and wonderful to walk down to the waterfront harbor area, plus the main Glebe Point Road is a half a block away. Lucia’s home had all the amenities and space we needed and she was a terrific hostess making sure we were comfortable or in need of anything. Staying at her home made our experience in this terrific city relaxing and fun!

This two-floor apartment is located at one of the best areas near Sydney Central. It is safe and calm, with plenty of typical Sydney houses and very few high buildings. As in an average Sydney area, there are several nearby parks and playgrounds for the kids. At the same time, one can find MANY restaurants, groceries and other stores, and a mall on a ten-minute walking distance radius. So it is not just a residential area, there is live and activites there (e.g. the Saturday's market at Glebe Public School). Moreover, it is well connected to Central Sydney and other relevant areas, by bus and light train.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, with enough room for a small family (we were two adults and two kids) and a nice terrace.

We stayed at Lucia's lovely house for 5 weeks while visiting family in Glebe. It was well furnished with everything we needed and very comfortable.

The kitchen had everything to cook our family meals and when the weather allowed we loved having breakfast on the terrace which has a beautiful view over trees and houses of the village.

The place is at a great location with shopping possibilities, cafés and restaurants close by. Several bus lines (one a few steps from the door) connect Glebe to the City Centre within 15 minutes.

The contact with Lucia was very friendly and she is always quick with answering questions.

We would love to stay at Lucia's place again next time we visit Sydney.
