Sun-filled modern 2-bedroom apartment with great views in Graça/Santa Clara

I am a history professor in the US who splits his time between Portugal and Florida. I am looking for a person or couple to rent my apartment while I am away. The apartment is fully furnished including some special old maps. While there are two bedrooms, it is best suited for an individual or couple--plus perhaps one kid. The main bedroom has a 160x200 mattress (Queen size US); the secondary bedroom has a pull-out daybed (that becomes 140x200, Full Size US). Each bedroom has a desk and office chair, making it ideal for productivity (my partner and I work from home there very comfortably!) The kitchen was freshly refurbished a couple years ago. All rooms have air-conditioning for both heating and cooling. There's an elevator and the building is well taken care of. There are no Airbnbs in the building and the neighbors are keen to keep it that way. There's balcony access from every room and the views are stunning.
