Cosy apartment in Rome

Description

I have recently retired and am now spending more time in our main house in the countryside near Rome. My children are now adults working abroad and come back often to visit. I use my apartment for " homeexchanges" but I thought I would also rent it out for short periods to trustworthy people. I think people using the sabatical-homes network would appreciate our cosy and very well-located apartment. Everyone who has stayed there were very happy. The apartment is on the first floor of a three-story house in a quiet street a few meters from the old roman walls! It has a living room with open (american style) kitchen, small but well equipped. The bathroom has been recently renovated so its brand new. There are two comfortable rooms, one with a double bed and the second one with twin beds. The apartment is well ventilated and full of light but does not have airconditioning. The nice neighbourhood will make you feel as if you were in a village, while you are in fact in very central Rome!
