You would have access to the house using a door code for both entrances: (1) the front gate entry into shared foyer, and (2) private door entrance leading to upstairs section. Neighborhood The house is located 2 blocks from the San Francisco Zoo and 2 blocks from Ocean Beach. Sunset Dunes, Java Beach Cafe (also 2 blocks away) has good coffee and sandwiches. Other great restaurants and bars are also nearby, including Underdogs. The house is close to the Irish Cultural Center and the Parkside neighborhood (a nearby merchant corridor). There is close access to public transportation (stops for light rail, bus just a ½ block away) and easy access to the 280 freeway. This is a very walkable and peaceful neighborhood. The house has exterior security cameras, and the neighbors also have cameras that monitor public spaces. Space Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen with dining area (including seating for 6-8 people), and a good sized living room. The laundry is a full-size LG Washer & Drier (located in common area on ground floor and shared with the owner). House Rules Family friendly. Sorry, but no smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. Pets allowed under certain conditions and with deposit.
