Less than 4 miles to the state capitol or the airport, less than 6 miles to central and east side hospitals or clinics and 1/2 hour to Madison's westside, 3 routes about equidistant. There is a large bedroom suitable for two and with black out blinds, a private office with a single, horizontal, lift assist Murphy Bed for the occasional guest, living room with built in bookcase, a modern kitchen, with induction cooktop and double oven. Laundry is in the basement. The back sunroom has the kitchen table and overlooks a garden. The bedroom and office with Murphy Bed both have overhead fans. The bathroom is refreshed but small. Three ample closets and concealed storage in some furniture pieces. One closet is perfectly suited for muddy shoes and boots. There is bricked back patio with chairs and flagstone seating area in the back. Cleaning products are provided. This is a friendly neighborhood, but not in your business. I am the same. There is a block party in the fall. You can be very much on your own or friendly as suits you.
