We have remodeled and designed this townhome for someone who delights in being in cozy, beautiful spaces. It has butcher block counters, limed walls, two fold down couches, hidden frame art TV, all modern appliances, custom cabinetry, main floor washer/dryer. You won't want to leave. We're happy to host responsible renters for up to one year. We've furnished with enough kitchenware that you can host guests and we hope you will find staying at our home to be one of the best parts of your Durham stay. We are an academic/prison chaplain couple and are happy to acquaint you with the area.

Comments: Cozy garden apartment in a triplex recently refinished by two artisans from Durham. It has solid doors, butcher block counters, real art, organic robes, modern vibe, an oasis. 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a third office room has fold down couch.

Comments: 4 minutes from Duke, and a couple minutes to multiple groceries and Target, walkable coffee shop and multiple restaurants, close to UNC, 2 mins to nature trail, urban neighborhood close to everything, incredibly peaceful, gorgeously curated triplex.
