Our spacious flat is a great fit for 1-2 adults, and possibly 1-2 small children (please inquire.) This well-maintained Alt-Bau ("Old Build") building dates to the 1880s and features high ceilings, original wide wooden floorboards, and other charming architectural details. It is located on the second floor, without a lift. We hope you'll enjoy details such as our book collection, the adjustable standing desk in the office/guest room, original artworks and the early morning light as much as we do. Best of all, we are located in a vibrant neighborhood that is full of restaurants, coffee shops, artist studios, small shops, as well as a marvelous public library, and well-connected to public transportation. We are lucky to be surrounding by kind, considerate neighbors; it's important that our guests/tenants are considerate to them as well.
