There are parks, cinemas, gyms, shops, hairdressers, restaurants and terraces all within a very short distance. There is a designated area on the ground floor for coats and shoes. Since the floors are mainly made of wood and carpet, we kindly ask that you leave your footwear there to help keep the space clean and well-maintained. The rental price includes all bed linen and towels and 3 hours of cleaning per month by a housekeeper. There are no laundry facilities available in the rental. You will need to go to a nearby laundromat (400 meters) for washing your clothes and the provided bed linens and towels. You’ll need to take out your trash on specific days. Who we are : Belgo-American recently retired couple, we've been living for over 40 years between Belgium, UK and France. Our children and grandchildren are all over the world. In France, we used to have guests in our 18th ancient convent, it was a real pleasure sharing quality time with them. We're very happy to open our house in Brussels. We're spending our time between painting, light sport activities, friends and family. Solange is seriously involved in a biodiversity non lucrative association fighting saving sparrows and improving urban revegetation. She’s a mix-media artist. Jessie was an aeronautical engineer. We are animal lovers. We've 3 cats and 2 small dogs. They're very calm, friendly and do behave themself. They won't bother you at all. They don't ever have access at your apartment which is totally separated on the 3rd floor, above our place. Would you need any help or advice, we'll do our best to help. Otherwise, we'll respect your privacy and independence if it's what you prefer. Please note : By law, it is requested to sign a (strait forward) contract.
