I have an MA in Psychodynamic consulting and I wanted to open up my home to a fellow scholar for short-term lets. It is a peaceful, spacious flat in the middle of multicultural Wood Green, so close to the Piccadilly Line tube that you are in Central London in 15 minutes. I am at working from home most of the time, and have a desk in my room, so we can peacefully cohabit. A comfortable double bed with cupboard and clothing rail, brand new bathroom and toilet, brand new oven, fridge/freezer, frying pans and knives, the kitchen has all you need. The front room gets the sunlight in the morning, and the jungly house plants help you feel cocooned as you work. A large dining table, bookshelves, fast WiFi, smart TV, and spacious corner sofa help you go from work to rest really easily. The neighbourhood has all the international cuisine you could possibly think of, cinemas, clothes shops, all the supermarkets, and more. 10 minutes away is the fabulous Alexandra Palace, on top of the hill overlooking London. A spacious park with woodland and gardens and a boating lake, pubs along the way and a Farmers Market on Sundays. The place is available November to March, and I am flexible with dates. There is a cleaning service on offer for extra. Pets are welcome: there's no personal outside space but plenty of nearby parks and greenery.
