Small studio close to touristic sites

I stayed in the apartment on Via Fiesolana for two months and had a great experience. Everything went smoothly – the communication was clear and easy, and the hosts were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The apartment was clean, charming, and practical, with everything I needed. It’s in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to all the main sights in Florence. I truly enjoyed my time there and would happily stay again

A couple we rented this small studio for a month. Compact but with everything you need and very quiet due to the double glazing. A non-tourist area close to a good supermarket and the Sant'Ambrogio market. The studio has a Murphy bed which can be raised during the day. It is a ten minute walk to the Duomo or 15 to the centre and the bus to the railway station is at the end of the road. We recommend the Aquacotta restaurant just around the corner. The owner's children were on hand for advice and any problems but did not intrude.

Paolo and his family are truly fantastic hosts. They were so friendly and kind welcoming me to Florence. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently located in a very central but quiet area of Santa Croce. Everything downtown Florence has to offer is a brief walk or bus ride away. The neighborhood is very lively - full of restaurants, shops, and attractions which never cease to entertain. The apartment is also very comfortable and well-equipped for peaceful and cozy nights in whenever you need a break from exploring the city. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paolo's - I can't recommend his studio more!
