This 1000 sq. ft. loft located in the district of Mile End in the Plateau area is a dream location. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and profitable stay in Montreal. The neighborhood is extremely safe, central to all the best Universities, within walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafés and exceptional food shops and there's a gym and pool at the corner YMCA. The bus stop at the corner will take you downtown in 15 minutes or to the metro. The loft is in a small building of 3 floors with an elevator and a live-in concierge. The main space is open and measures 20 ft. x 40 ft. with additional spaces of a large bathroom with tub and shower, a storage room with washer and dryer, a small bedroom with a Queen size bed and an open kitchen facing the dining room and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to prepare great meals! There's a large open space with a desk and printer that can serve as an office and a studio space with a drawing table, 2 easels, work surfaces perfect for working artists and that I use for painting (my profession). Most of the tenants in the building work in the tech, video, graphic arts and entertainment industry with some academics and translators. The open style space is very suitable for a couple or a single person. You will have a great time living here and exploring this wonderful city.
