Description

The studio is an independent part of my apartment in Rome, in an elegant early 1900s building close to the Vatican and city center. For me, my house is also the place where I work as a translator and a writer. The nearest university is LUMSA, at 10 minutes walking. Sapienza, LUISS, Tor Vergata and Roma Tre Universities can be easily reached by underground or bus/tram. Nearest underground stations are Lepanto and Ottaviano, at 6-7 minutes walking. Tram line 19 stop and the stop of several buses to the city center are at 3 minutes walking. It is equipped with a kitchen corner with induction and fridge, and a private restroom with shower. It has a comfortable sofa bed, which can be used as XL single (100 cm wide) or queen size, as it is shown in the pictures. The window overlooks the interior courtyard of the building. An academic traveling alone to Rome for a few days or weeks will find a pleasant and peaceful accommodation. I am available to assist them in any way I can. Please note that only academics are accepted for this kind of accommodation. According to the Italian law, for each of the first 10 days tourist tax of 6 euros per day is due in addition to the price of the stay. Please also add 50 euros for cleaning fees.
