This is a newly built, detached 2 story ADU with high ceilings, lots of natural lighting, modern amenities and all electric appliances (HVAC units in 3 zones, 3 burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and washer and dryer). You access the unit through a gate on the side of the main house. There is a shared outdoor space with seating. Maximum occupancy for this unit is 2, adults only. Upstairs: You will find 1 queen size bedroom, an office with a large desk, and a full bathroom with a large walk in shower, no tub. Downstairs: There is an open floor plan with kitchen, island/dining area and living room in one as well as a half bath. There is no designated parking for the unit but there is plenty of street parking with no permit required. Rent: $3,595/month (which includes electric, trash, water and wifi). Minimum stay is for 1 month. Discounts on stays longer than 3 months. We have a $250.00 cleaning fee and security deposit of $2,000.00 and first month's rent due upon rental agreement to hold unit for all leases.
