Four bedroom adobe house in a historical village with view on the mountains

This nice adobe house is in a big garden (20 000 square feet) which used to be an orchard. It has a breathtaking view on the surrounding mountains and on clear days the Popocatepetl volcano can be seen from the neighboring church. It is quite inspiring for artists or writers. The place is called Tlacuilojapa in Nahuatl, which means « the place of the scribes ». It is located in Tlayacapan, which is labelled « pueblo mágico » by the Ministry of Tourism, attributed to towns with « culture, history and beauty ». It takes 15 mn to walk to the center, which is quiet on week days and attracts tourism on week-ends. The town is known for its colonial churches which were built on Prehispanic temples, for its mountain landscape and its nice climate. The house is situated between two colonial chapels. The house is fully furnished. It has a big living room, 4 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a terrace around the first floor and another terrace upstairs. There is a fold out futon-couch in the living room and two extra queen-sized mattresses in a room. There are desks in the upstairs bedrooms. The rent includes high-speed wifi, electricity, water and gas. There is a cistern in the garden. There is a water filter in the kitchen, which is equiped with a stove, two fridges, a blender, a coffee-maker. There is a TV in the living room. The gardener and his wife live in a small house near the entrance of the plot. The gardener takes care of the garden, the maintenance of the house (gas, cistern, garbage) and the dogs which are in the garden. He can also help on errands. If needed, his wife can clean the house for extra charge.
