Located on the 2nd floor with no lift, in one of the most incredible districts of Paris, this apartment has everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and a seperate toilet, as well as a washing machine. You have everything you'll need at your doorstep: multiple restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, a farmers market three days a week, parks, metro/bus stops, city bikes for rent, and MORE! The apartment has all the linens, towels, pots/pans you will need. The rent covers all charges (rent, wifi, electricity, water, etc). I would like to rent my beautiful home for sabbatical year so that I can visit myself in the summer. My home would suit a couple with children, 2 couples or 3 individuals.
