Close to many fabulous restaurants and cafes (around the corner from Le Marais, Spro, BiRite Creamery, and countless more.) A short walk or J Church ride to Noe Valley. Very close to many grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, BiRite). Steps to public transportation to take you anywhere in the City and also BART for easy access to Oakland and Berkeley. The flat is the bottom unit, but there are about 15 indoor stairs. About me: I grew up in New England and moved to San Francisco in the 1980's. Since then, I have also lived in Portland, Oregon and Hong Kong, but always considered San Francisco my home. I have lived in or rented this quintessential San Francisco building for 30 years. As our kids are getting older, my spouse and I plan to spend more time in the City and have recently decided to rent one of the units as a furnished flat. Comments: Apartment is fully furnished with 2 new queen beds, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Bedrooms on opposite ends of unit, good for roomates, office or families. One bedroom can be reconfigured to a single bed and office for longer stays.
