Relaxed Sydney living at its best! My sunny, secure, fully kitted out apartment is on the border of Coogee, Clovelly and Randwick - walking distance to 3 beaches, the stunning coastal walk, a dozen cafes, restaurants and Centennial Park, 10 min from the massive Westfield Bondi Junction and only 20 min to the city. It's also a 4 min drive or 25 min walk to UNSW. The flat has a two queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and very comfy beds. One room doubles as a study with an adjustable standing desk and office chair that looks out to the balcony plants, flowers and often lorikeets. The room is west-facing and gets lovely gentle afternoon sun. Get settled on the leafy balcony in my egg chair and enjoy Sydney. My flat is beautifully furnished and decorated so you will feel instantly at home. I've spent lots of energy on fun and good looking features like Eiffel tower chairs, lots of cushions, egg chair and nice finishings. Take advantage of great wifi and a huge 55” smart TV. The flat very comfortably fits 2 people. You'll notice my nephews making a cameo in some of the photos but don't worry, they don't come with the apartment! The whole flat is available for rent with access to the two bedrooms (one is also a study), bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and balcony. I have hosted on airbnb for over 12 years and consistently been a Super Host - see the link below. Please note that the entire complex is smoke-free including the flat, balcony and common areas. Smoking is absolutely not allowed anywhere on the property. The building is quiet and very safe and secure. I like and respect my neighbours and for that reason additional guests and parties are absolutely not allowed.
