Private driveway (sharing with a tenant who is renting part of the basement), kid-friendly, <5 minutes drive to Matthews Beach at Lake Washington. The house has central AC, laundry/dryer unit/ private entrance and a private yard. Kitchen and master bathroom were renovated in 2025.

Comments: The entire upper floor (3 br, 2ba) + part of the basement (1 br, 1 living room/office, 1 gym) is at your disposal. Another tenant is renting the other part of the basement. You will have a private entrance and shared driveway with plenty of parking.
