Hi and welcome to our belle etage situated in a private villa in the old garden district of Berlin-Zehlendorf. A wonderful big balcony, heading to the vis a vis park and playground for your kids in our big flowery garden is the right surrounding to spend Berlin summers in a relaxed way. The apartment is spacious with 1 bedroom and living room with 1 bedcouch for the 3rd and 4th guest. Besides the kitchen with breakfast counter there is a dining room with TV and another small couch. A small desk is provided . Restaurants, underground and railway station are in walking distance. But take our time, if you have any further questions.

Comments: Hello to our wonderful belle etage. A visitors tax of 7,5% is charged additionally by Berlin government. We are dedicated to natural life and do not use any chemistry against the really few insects we have in Germany.
