Charming bright flat in Southern Florence

We are renting our beloved flat, as we have just moved out! We are a couple living between Florence and London and would be keen to find someone looking to rent for a few months. For the moment we are quite flexible on dates. Gavinana is a lively neighbourhood lived by the locals, halfway between the city centre and the countryside leading to Chianti. The apartment is on a quiet street, just 5-minute walk from the major supermarket in the area, restaurants, parks, and charming local shops! From the flat, it is a 5-minute walk to the stops of several bus lines that connect this part of the city to the others: there are plenty of bus connections to the city centre and to towns like Greve in Chianti and Panzano. By bus, for example, it is possible to reach Piazza Ferrucci and the Lungarni (the streets along the Arno river) in 5 minutes and Ponte Vecchio in 10 minutes. The flat is on the second (third for Americans) and last floor. It is bright with high ceilings with stunning views on the countryside and Fiesole. It was recently renovated with wooden floors and a new kitchen and bathroom. There’s a spacious living area with direct access to the kitchen, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, two small storage cupboards, and a balcony. The living room also has a double sofa bed, suitable for two guests staying for short periods!
