May 15-20, apartment is all yours. June/most of July you'd be sharing with me, in the other bedroom August all yours, one bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Daily Rental at $200.00 per night for single occupancy and 215.00 for double occupancy per night. includes utilities, WiFi, laundry plus $35.00 cleaning fee. 1200 per week (single occupancy, 1000$ if I'm there); 1285 (double occupancy, 1085 if I'm there); montly is negotiable.
