Hi! I’m an entrepreneur and a mother. I am looking to sublet my home to a family, traveling professional or academic looking for a safe and peaceful place to call home for a minimum of one month. The home features spacious bedrooms, a back deck, a home gym, and is nestled on a quiet cul-du-sac, a mere 2 minutes walking distance to Piedmont Avenue with all of its incredible shops, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We have lovely neighbors, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We have a sweet family of dear that love the large backyard and the lake attracts a wide variety of birds. It is really hard to imagine that this oasis is set in Oakland, of all places. The UC Berkeley campus is 10 minutes away. San Francisco is a 20 minute drive.
