Your choice: furnished with California King, rugs, table and chair, or unfurnished. The home is peaceful and quiet with postcard views of the ocean, hills, sun rises/sunsets and city skyline. It also has a monitored alarm system. You will share the kitchen, living room, wood-burning fireplace, dining room, patio, bbq and washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and features everything: breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and 6-burner dual fuel range. You will have your own dedicated parking in the carport. You do not smoke and have no pets. One-person only. Utilities included. We are two personable, professional adults. Male mid-40s and female early 50s. One of us works from home and the other commutes to the office. We entertain at home infrequently and do not smoke or do drugs. We have 2 dogs, one senior and the other 8 yo - both friendly.
