Description
We’re looking for a calm, respectful person or couple who will treat both the apartment and our neighbors with care. The apartment will be available for around two years, potentially longer. The minimum stay is two months, though we’d prefer a longer-term arrangement. It’s ideal for a single person or couple, but thanks to the smart layout and two separate bedrooms, it also works well for two friends sharing. We’re confident you’ll love both the apartment and the neighborhood — it’s peaceful, full of charm, and located in the heart of Berlin’s cultural life. For professional reasons, we’ll be away and are offering our much-loved home during that time. Before the rental begins, we’ll repaint and refresh the apartment — so please note: the current photos are from a previous short-term rental. By the end of July, everything will be cleaned and prepared with extra care for your stay. If you have special needs let us know.
