Description

Great flat minutes away from Crouch End, Finsbury Park and Archway. It is in the border of Zone 2, in Islington. Just 2 min. away from Parkland Walk and all its nature and also a brand new shared playground in our community. The flat has been fully renovated by us (both architects) in a Post Modern building, full of interesting details. The kitchen is fully equipped (no crockery/pots but please ask if you want them) and we have a patio with chairs and table perfect for a summer evening drink outside! The flat is family friendly, with a double bed and chests of drawers, and a smaller bedroom with a bunkbed and lots of storage. The flat is partially furnished but if you need more things just ask and we will add these (we are architects and do this for living). Please note that we are moving out of the flat and moving most of our things and some of the furniture, but beds, sofa, wardrobes, and possibly new dining table and chairs and office desk and chair will stay. If you want anything else just let me know and I will provide. We have been hosting/swapping for years, so just ask us! Just around the corner you can find the high street with lots of brands and small boutiques as well as supermarkets (I can count 7 different ones in a 12min walk). The list of restaurants is long, we can give you lots of recommendations too. The flat is ideal for a small family, there are 2 excellent nurseries near by and it is in the catchment areas for a few primary schools, but mainly for the Outstanding Coleridge Primary and the really well located and good school Ashmount Primary (IN the Parkland Walk!). The closest university is Central St. Martins in Archway but there are so many others just a bus away or you can cycle, making your journey to work very accessible and sustainable!
