Spacious well-lit private California surfer cottage

Description

I am a science researcher and have a large, furnished space that is cheerful, bright and perfect for a solo visitor or couple who are coming to LA. There is a backyard with seating and a fire pit that can be used, otherwise I have a private deck space and house, and work from home. Safe, nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around to many parts of LA. 10-15 minute drive to beach, UCLA or USC/ downtown (if there’s no traffic :)) there is one very large spacious room with TV, couch and a separate area with a double bed, a second room with a kitchenette: small fridge, 2-plate stove and microwave (there is also a gas grill outside the unit); a 4-seat table for eating or working, and a bathroom.
