Condo in Sidney with ocean views

We are a retired professor and a musician/audio store owner who moved to Vancouver Island a few years ago. We purchased the Sidney condo as a first foothold on the island and have been renting it out short-term since we purchased it. The condo is in a lovely, quiet part of Sidney, with views of Roberts Bay Bird Sanctuary on one side of the wrap-around balcony and a marina on the other side. It is on the top floor of a 3-story condo that started out as a boutique condo hotel. It has a beautiful lobby with a 3-story atrium, and is surrounded by an extensive garden with a water feature. The building is a 25 minute walk to downtown Sidney and a half-hour drive to downtown Victoria. The condo itself is furnished with a well-outfitted kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It has two fireplaces and two TVs, a king-sized bed, and a jetted tub. There is a dog park nearby as well as beach access.
