I am a cellist in the Louisiana Philharmonic and have lived in New Orleans for almost 30 years. In 2021 I built a custom home designed by a renowned New Orleans architect, which contains a one-bedroom apartment with everything one needs for a comfortable stay in the city. I live in the main house, but the apartment is completely separate and fully furnished. It's a quiet and peaceful space in New Orleans' vibrant Treme neighborhood, half way between the French Quarter and Bayou Saint John. The apartment features a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen, open living and dining, smart TV, wifi, luxury shower, washer and dryer, and a cozy porch. Coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Whole Foods is half a mile away and other grocery is a quick drive. The space is all one level in a raised house, so the front door is five steps up from street level. Free street parking is easily available right in front of the house. The block contains single and double family homes and also a church across the street.
