We are two professors, one in Cape Town, one in Boston. We have been friends for years and co-own this apartment; one of us lives in the same block of flats. We are offering our beautiful flat to someone who wants to enjoy Cape Town and its restaurants and shopping, as well as being close to the mountains and the sea for hiking, swimming and climbing. The flat is ideal for a scholar or writer who can always enjoy a dip in the pool downstairs. Well stocked kitchen, and linen provided.
