About the apartment: The flat is 98 sqm, bright and fully furnished, with everything you need for a seamless stay in Amsterdam. It has two bedrooms (but I'm renting out one bedroom only as my partner will live in the flat still), a comfortable living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, all kitchen essentials), a washing machine, a TV, and a pleasant balcony. The apartment is clean, modern, and well maintained. Location: Johan Hofmanstraat, Osdorp — a peaceful neighbourhood with convenient access to the city centre. The apartment is located right next to Tram 1, which takes you directly to Leidseplein in about 30 minutes. Supermarkets, local shops, and parks are within easy walking distance. Extras included: - Parking spot in the building - One well-maintained bicycle for the tenant’s use (very useful in Amsterdam!) - Fast WiFi and all basic utilities One fully furnished bedroom with comfortable bed and storage space Price: €700 per week including all utilities (gas, electricity, water, WiFi, service charges) [negotiable, if you are a PhD student or postdoc]. This is intentionally priced far below the usual market rate, as I prefer to rent to a responsible academic or visiting scholar. Comparable apartments in the area range from €2,500–€2,800 per month excluding utilities. Registration: Registration is unavailable.
