Description
I am planning to spend 2026 in Adelaide to take care of my Mother and to undertake some project work supporting Indigenous NGOs. My home has been made with love and care over the last two years and it is a wonderful environment to work from home. It is located adjacent to a beautiful natural environment along the Merri Creek and you can experience the delights of inner-urban living whether that is in Northcote, North Fitzroy or North Carlton or a little further afield in the CBD. These are can be accessed by walking, cycling or public transport. The home is within a small but highly connected urban eco-village where there are young families, professionals of all kinds and a few retirees. There is a community garden to access herbs as well as an adjacent environmental park with cafes and organic produce.

Comments: The townhouse is located within a small community. Members remain in touch and share ideas and information. Many of the owners have young families. There is a community garden and opportunities to get to know the neighbours.

If there is any mail, I would appreciate you passing in onto one of my neighbours.
I would like help with plants or garden
There is a balcony garden, a patio and front garden which need watering. I will arrange a monthly visit by a gardener to help with pruning and management but it will require watering in summer to ensure it remains healthy and vibrant.
Comments: I am looking for someone who would enjoy looking after the garden and loves feeling part of a wider community. The location supports someone who likes to enjoy walks as well as the local villages with a wide range of food and wine options.

Comments: The house is only two years old and is furnished with beautiful modern furnishings. There is a lovely patio with productive trees; lime, lemon, fig and nectarine, and two wicking beds for herbs and vegetables which is a joy to sit in and be inspired.
