Description
We, myself and my daughter, fell in love with Tacoma and moved here in 2018. I am a hairstylist & work outside our home three days a week and also see some clients in my home salon one or two days a week. Our home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The studio is a cozy place to relax and unwind after a busy day. We have been renting our studio since 2020 to traveling nurses all of who have shared that they were happy with our space. One tenant was here on and off for three years. The studio is private though being that it is downstairs you will hear us moving around upstairs, and our dog, though small, thinks it’s his job to monitor all activity in the neighborhood, so it is possible that you will hear him barking. We are very close to many amenities some of which are, restaurants (many within walking distance), a great comedy club (also walking distance), and bars. Also parks, the ferry to Vashon Island, Point Defiance. There are two local grocery stores close by and also a Co-Op.

Comments: We are within walking distance of UPS and a short drive to either of the other universities listed. The bus line is two blocks away and we are close to many amenities.

Comments: We love pets though our 13 year old cat isn’t fond of other peoples pets so unfortunately we are unable to accept tenants with fur family. We love children too, though the space may be to limited for a child, though you can always ask.
