The apartment is a modern, light-filled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place with views over a lovely green space and a lake. The design and amenities are all modern, so you'll be enjoying underfloor heating, high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, a huge wraparound balcony, and lots of light. It's truly a joy to live there! The photos show one bedroom with a European King size bed, and the other an office with a sofabed and standing desk. This room can be converted more fully into a second bedroom if preferred. My neighbours are all lovely people and there is a lovely community in the building - many of them are medics and academics themselves. It's very well connected to the city centre (7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike, lots of bus connections), to Oxford Brookes, and to the hospital campuses. And you can easily get to London/Heathrow airport by car on the A40 or coach from Thornhill Park and Ride. I've worked at the University of Oxford for many years and for the last few years have lived in this new-build apartment. I would love to rent the apartment to an academic/medic (the apartment is near the John Radcliffe hospital), or a couple visiting the university or hospital.
