Description
This has been our pied-a-terre for over 5 years now. Ideal for a couple with two kids (or two young couples) on a budget. The apartment is not huge unless you enjoy a full enclosed pergola on a huge terrace overlooking the whole town. Parties are not allowed but evenings with friends and family are something else, i.e.,relaxing under the stars with a good glass of wine after running around the whole day. The apartment has all amenities and the small balcony is ideal for drying the clothes all'italiana. We are always a phone call away and gladly share knowledge about places and things that we have loved over the years. We need reviews for this listing but you can look at the reviews for our other house - super good reviews!

Comments: You can find free parking in the street fairly easily. Parking in the garage across the street is reasonably cheap. Pet registration in advance please. Note: House is not baby proofed.

Comments: The kitchen inside the apartment is super cute and fully equipped. The kitchen in the terrace, inside the pergola with AC, is also equipped and cute, special for evening hangouts watching the Vatican and the City lights.
