Beautiful apartment in McMahons Point close to harbour and public transport

Our spacious apartment has the feel of a house. We are on the ground floor (three steps down are required to enter the apartment) and ours is one of only three apartments in a character-filled building. We also have two lovely courtyards for relaxing and eating outdoors and a balcony with views of Sydney harbour. We are exceptionally well placed for public transport. There is a bus stop directly opposite our building and we are also 5 minutes' walk from the McMahons Point ferry wharf, 15 minutes' walk from the North Sydney train station, and 20 minutes' walk from the Victoria Cross metro station. This makes access to all of the universities and cultural attractions in Sydney very easy. Buses going directly to Macquarie University, the North Sydney station and Victoria Cross metro leave from outside our building. The metro to Macquarie University takes only 15 minutes from the Victoria Cross metro station. We are very close to the village of Blues Point Road, which is a lively area with cafes, restaurants, a convenience store and many other amenities. A supermarket is available in Greenwood Plaza, less than 1 km away. Sawmillers Reserve is only 5 minutes away. There is a large, light-filled master bedroom with harbour views and a king size bed (which can be separated into singles). There is also a second bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower adjoins the master bedroom and there is a second, larger bathroom in the apartment with both a bath and a shower. There is a large, very well equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and laundry sink. There is also a book-lined study with a large table or desk which is ideal for two people, a dining room with dining table which seats 8-10, a comfortable sitting room, and a TV area. We will be leaving some of our belongings in the apartment, but there will be plenty of storage space for yours. Off-street parking can be arranged if you need it. Our regular cleaners would be available for fortnightly cleaning at an additional charge. They charge $140 per visit. Utilities are included, making life simpler.
