All the amenities are here with a full chef's kitchen, full bathroom with shower, separate bedroom and huge covered deck with ample morning sun. Shared use of the sunken fire pit, secluded gardens, and gated driveway parking. This is the perfect space for those looking for a quiet and private study, writing, living space that feels miles away from the city but has all the amenities at your finger tips. Our family (me and two of my adult kids) are respectful and quiet. We have a beautiful and friendly standard poodle named Sky who may be hanging out on the back deck. She is 6 years old and super well behaved and chill. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about the home and/or Auckland. Thank you!

Comments: I am a University affiliated doctor and public servant. There is a lovely dog on the property and several grown children come and go but we are a respectful and kind family. Our compound oasis borders large school grounds so is very quiet off hours

Comments: This space is perfect for 1-2 people. The city and beaches at your fingertips, Easy walk to all Ponsonby shops as well as parks. Short bus to Universities. Warm and cozy, well insulated, high ceilings, tons of light. It has everything and more.
