Due to a teaching-sabbatical in Johannesburg, South Africa, at the German International School I am currently looking for a subtenant who is interested in renting my apartment which is part of the housing community "Möckernkiez" (moeckernkiez.de/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2GhxK3DUg0). The first occupancy of the multi-store house was only in 2018.

Comments: It is spacious for a single and caters perfectly for a couple, consititing of two sections (open-plan kitchen+Dining/living + office space+bedroom). The office-space and bedroom are to turn into two sepearte rooms by slidings doors. Communal rooftop!
