We are a newly retired couple planning to return to our roots in the UK for an extended stay to look after aging parents. Our adult children have left home but live nearby. Looking for someone who will love our home and the amazing coastal walks, beaches and golf as much as we do. There are 2 beaches within walking distance and easy buses to the city. The house consists of an open plan kitchen, living, dining looking out to the pool and the beautiful sunsets. Downstairs also comprises a separate TV lounge and a laundry with toilet and shower (& a door to outside). Upstairs, the parent suite includes a queen size bed, walk through robe, small TV room and ensuite shower. The other 3 bedrooms have queen beds and share a family bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a 2 desk office space upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning is available upstairs for heating and cooling.
