My 95m² apartment is centrally located and sunlit, near Fehrbelliner Platz, Kudamm, not far from FU/TU etc., with great public transport connections. Supermarket, shops, restaurants nearby. Park right outside, direct bus connection to Berlin city forest Grunewald. 1 large open-plan living and dining room with equipped open kitchen, 3 smaller rooms for sleeping / work 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Large glass fronts + curtains. Rent: €1610 per month (my rent = no surcharge; normal water and heat consumption included), plus electricity, WIFI, public radio fee and excess water/heat – total about 1700.-€. 1 month deposit Sublease approved by landlord There's limited facade renovation in its final phase, planned to end in late spring. Scaffolding will be removed. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable and tidy tenant. No pets. Regarding the exact timing, I have some flexibility as long as the sublease starts soon and last longer than 5 months. 12 months maximum with a potential option to prolong.
